Having newly made the move to lutruwita/Tasmania, Tilly and Joe decided to invite their dearest chosen family from afar to celebrate with them at Willie Smith Apple Shed wedding. The best way I can describe this wedding is cinematic, like stepping into a movie set featuring all your favourite faces.

We adventured to kunanyi/Mt Wellington for portraits pre-ceremony with the wind whipping Tilly’s hair and the dramatic rocky landscape at our backs. There’s nothing like standing atop that mountain to make your love feel alive. As we made our way to the ceremony, the gorgeous Eliza from This Natural World was setting the scene for this emotional aisle walk (feat. music from Sigur Ros) and the sincerest of vow exchanges that had everyone in tears. Then on to the party, styled to a T (signage by Tilly herself).

There’s something so special about these two humans and the friends they choose to surround themselves with. I’m lucky to have been there to witness it all and now call these glorious humans friends.
